Neuromotion goes hiking!

May was National Physiotherapy Month, and in the spirit of being Canada's most active health professionals, the staff at Neuromotion Physiotherapy (Vancouver) went hiking at Grouse Mountain! We did the BCMC trail, next to the Grouse Grind, with Catherine leading the way. For those of you who don't know, the BCMC trail has the same 853 metre elevation gain of the Grouse Grind but NO STAIRS! It is a 3km trail of all rocks and roots, so it is an actual hike!

What I learned from this hike - if you pass someone, it is proper hiking etiquette to stay ahead of them (or so Cat says) so you don't keep passing each other. I also learned that no matter how cold it seems at first, you WILL be sweating within the first 10 minutes.

Great hike, team!
