Covid-19 Announcement

March 2020

Dear Clients of Neuromotion,

In recent days there has been increasing media coverage of the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19, and the precautions each of us should take to minimize its impact upon the communities in which we live and work.

During these heightened times of precaution, Neuromotion would like to introduce some immediate safety protocols to responsively ensure the health and well-being of both clients and staff alike.  As such, we would ask that should you be displaying any flu-like symptoms that you call our offices and reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.

There are currently no vaccines available to protect you against Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 infection.  You may be able to reduce your risk of infection by doing the following:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick

Please know that we are doing our part by regularly disinfecting all surfaces and equipment used in session as well as door handles, keyboards, and payment machines throughout the day to minimize risk of contagion within the premises of our facilities.

Stay informed by regularly checking the BC Centre for Disease Control website: http://www.bccdc.ca/health-info/diseases-conditions/coronavirus-(novel)

We appreciate everyone’s commitment to the continued health of all clients as well as staff.  If you have any questions or concerns, please ask to speak with the clinic manager.

Thank you.

Pauline Martin,

Neuromotion Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation
