Love Your Brain Yoga Class Starting October 24th at our Surrey Clinic!

And, it’s COMPLETELY FREE! 

This program was built entirely for the Traumatic Brain Injury Community! Details below.

What?

A FREE 6-week yoga and meditation series for people who have experienced a TBI (including a concussion) and their caregivers.

Individuals will have an opportunity to:

• participate in gentle yoga adapted for the TBI community,
• learn meditation techniques to promote relaxation, and
• connect with others who have experienced a TBI through
group discussion.

When?

We will be running on Wednesday nights, starting October 24th.   We will miss Oct. 31st as it is Halloween’s Eve and can be a pretty busy/crazy day for many.

  1. October 24th, 6-7:30pm
  2. November 7th, 6-7:30pm
  3. November 14th, 6-7:30pm
  4. November 21st, 6-7:30pm
  5. November 28th, 6-7:30pm
  6. December 5th, 6-7:30pm

What to bring: Your own yoga mat if you like, we do have mats at the clinic.

What to wear: comfortable clothing – lots of stretching going on

Try to arrive a few minutes early to get set up and comfortable.
