Love Your Brain Yoga Class Starting March 9th at our Vancouver Clinic!

This program was built entirely for the Traumatic Brain Injury Community! Details below.

What?

A FREE 6-week yoga and meditation series for people who have experienced a TBI (including a concussion) and their caregivers.

Individuals will have an opportunity to:

• participate in gentle yoga adapted for the TBI community,
• learn meditation techniques to promote relaxation, and
• connect with others who have experienced a TBI through
group discussion.

When?

Every Saturday from March 9th to April 13th from 11:00-12:30.

What to bring: Your own yoga mat if you like, we do have mats at the clinic.

What to wear: comfortable clothing – lots of stretching going on

Try to arrive a few minutes early to get set up and comfortable.
