Love Your Brain Yoga – Online!
Online Love Your Brain Yoga Session Starts May 4th!
In a time when gentle calming yoga is needed we are pleased to offer a six week Love Your Brain Yoga class. The classes will begin Monday, May 4th and run for the following six weeks. Classes will be from 12pm until 1:15pm each Monday. The classes will involve gentle yoga, meditation and group discussion. There will be limited spaces so be sure to get in early. On the day of the class, an invitation to the class will arrive in your email box with the link to sign in.
